One-Line Verdict
“A work that delivers a satisfying sense of vicarious fulfillment through a "tit-for-tat" resolution that reality cannot provide.”
Overview
South Korean schools have descended into lawlessness following the abolition of corporal punishment.
To discipline those who undermine the essence of education—ranging from students who commit school violence while acting as if they are above the law, to parents who harass teachers with malicious complaints and abuse of power, and even corrupt educators—the government launches the Bureau of Teacher Rights Protection, an agency with extraordinary authority.
Na Hwa-jin, a Bureau supervisor and former Special Forces operative possessing a cool head and formidable combat skills, is deployed alone to troubled schools to personally administer “real discipline” to the perpetrators.
Choi Kang-seok, the Minister of Education who founded the Bureau, steadfastly supports the team and upholds the system, remaining unshaken by political attacks or external pressure.
Meanwhile, Im Han-rim—a bold and charismatic former Special Forces field supervisor—goes undercover to expose the truth behind the secret exploitative schemes and criminal activities involving youths.
