One-Line Verdict
“Friendship and love, rivalry and growth among young people who meet at an arts high school filled exclusively with geniuses.”
Overview
A story depicting the friendship, conflict, and growth of two pianists whose lives become intertwined through music over a decade—spanning from their days at an arts high school at age 17 to adulthood at age 27.
Kang Bi-o (Song Kang), a perfectionist pianist from a wealthy background who is nonetheless consumed by emotional wounds and a craving for validation, reunites at a prestigious arts high school with Choi Jeong-yo (Lee Jun-young), a piano prodigy pushed to the brink by a harsh reality and family struggles.
The narrative follows the two as they meet again as adults—leaving behind the conflicts and connections of their youth—and embark on a journey to find harmony with one another.
